“Not Made for Seasonal Companies”
Pros
I was initially drawn to the product for its promised benefits, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations.
Cons
This product is absolutely terrible. The salesperson assured us that it would work well for a seasonal company rehiring the same employees each year. After months of struggling and speaking to numerous people about our issues, we were informed that the system cannot rehire people without a laborious "Simple 23 step process." Nothing about the software is user-friendly, and the support is a complete joke. They either have no clue what we're talking about or they're plain rude. Nobody offers any real help. We're extremely disappointed.

“Great software and easy to use”
Pros
The HR features provided are excellent, and the best part is the availability of customer support from a CPA firm. It's reassuring to have their assistance and assurance that everything is set up correctly. The integration between the HR and payroll sides works seamlessly.
Cons
Honestly, there are no major downsides. We're satisfied with pretty much everything.
