“five-star guest service”

Pros

It gives us everything we need to deliver the five-star level of service our guests expect every time.

Cons

I kept expecting some kind of issue to pop up but it never happened it was honestly a flawless experience for me.

“User-friendly hotel software”

Pros

After using it for a couple of decades, I can honestly say it delivers excellent value for the price. One of the biggest advantages from day one has been how quickly a new front desk clerk can get up and running with very little training, usually within about an hour, then learn the more advanced tasks as they go. We've used the system mostly in economy properties but also in full-service hotels and it has consistently handled what we needed it to do.

Cons

I'm usually quick to spot problems so it was actually refreshing that I really didn't come across any here.
