“user-friendly interface”

The interface is clean and simple to work with. It doesn't take much effort to locate specific controls or features which makes day-to-day use a lot easier. The online booking option has been a huge benefit for our business since that wasn't something we were able to offer before. On top of that the team has been very flexible with our business needs and responds quickly whenever we run into questions or issues.
Cons
Since our company is still expanding, there are a few areas that could use updates and a more modern touch. One example is the ability to add extra guest names directly to a reservation. As an all-inclusive resort that pays close attention to details, having the names of every guest is important to us. That said, we've been told this feature is expected to be released soon by Easy Innkeeping.

Creating and managing reservations is very easy for me and the whole system makes the booking process simple to handle.
Cons
One thing that could be better is printing schedules by month or other date ranges onto a single page.
