What Is Propy?
Propy is a real estate transaction platform that digitalizes and automates the process of buying and selling property. It combines AI and blockchain-based transaction management with traditional real estate transaction services. Propy incorporates tools for offer management, messaging, document signing, seller net proceeds calculations, and online deposits on a single platform to help real estate agents' close deals faster.
What Is Propy Best For?
Propy is best known for its strong real estate transaction management through a range of functionalities that allow agents and coordinators to track transaction phases, organize documents, and manage disclosures. It lets agents assign e-signatures and review paperwork for any compliance issues. This is done through automated checklists to keep track of essential documents, while a secure directory makes files accessible to authorized parties. Not only does this improve transaction efficiency, but it also reduces manual administrative work and gives structure to the transaction process.

The platform also gives free access to certain users like buyers, sellers, and agents, while charging on a case-by-case basis for crypto transactions.
In addition to the base subscription cost, organizations should keep the following potential expenses in mind:

Propy Use Cases
Based on our analysis of Propy features, capabilities, and user feedback, we have identified the key scenarios where real estate professionals benefit most from the platform.
Comparing Various Offers To A Seller
Listing agents that are managing a range of competitive property sales may find several offers laid out in front of them, each with their own pricing, contingencies, financing terms, and closing cost arrangements. This makes email-based comparison difficult. Through Propy’s Offer Management dashboard, all submitted offers are brought into one interface, and any key deal terms for comparison are also displayed. This allows agents to share offers directly with sellers, receive offer-reviews or change notifications, and use the platform to respond with counteroffers.
Managing Documents Across A Real Estate Transaction
Managing a property sale means tracking purchase agreements, disclosures, signatures, and closing documents while ensuring paperwork completion at each stage. For transaction coordinators, this has become tough. Propy solves this problem through its Transaction Checklist and Document Management Tools that allow coordinators to track required paperwork and request e-signatures. It also helps assign documents to each transaction step and keep uploaded files in a single repository. This software supports document auditing and removes the need to reconstruct a file from disconnected systems by providing document auditing functions. This allows coordinators and auditors to review and approve documents.
Coordinating Buyers, Sellers, Agents, And Title Representatives
When multiple parties are involved in a transaction, aligning them on exchanged documents and updates through separate email threads becomes difficult. With Propy, agents can add deal participants and manage transaction-related communication inside the platform, where outside parties can also be given permission to upload or sign documents and review and audit transaction materials. As a result, buyers and sellers can participate in transactions without an account, allowing the coordinator or agent to maintain a centralized workflow. This brings both parties into the key steps of the deal.
Estimating Seller Proceeds Across Different Offers
Comparing multiple purchase offers will require listing agents to deal with commissions, closing costs, and other expenses before explaining the implications of each offer to the seller. Propy provides the Seller Net Proceeds Tool through which agents enter expenses as fixed amounts or percentages and automatically calculate estimated net proceeds for submitted offers. This allows them to compare the resulting net figures with other offer terms, export and customize the information, and present it to the seller.
Collecting A Buyer’s Transaction Deposit
On the acceptance of an offer, a transaction team will need to collect the buyer’s deposit while consolidating the payment with the appropriate escrow account. Propy’s Online Deposit Payment functionality allows the deposit to be made to a verified escrow. Meanwhile, it also supports same-day ACH transfers and sends real-time notifications about the payment. Through this, transaction teams use a specific online procedure rather than relying on separate communications and instructions to coordinate the payment.
Is Propy Right For You?
Propy proves valuable for real estate professionals who want to manage offers, documents, communications, signatures, and transactions in a single interface. With its automated processes and AI-powered transaction-tracking capabilities, it lessens manual administrative work and gives structure to real estate workflows.
In particular, it is useful for teams that handle multiple offers, large volumes of transaction papers, or deals involving several participants. With features such as Offer Management, automated transaction tracking, document management, e-signatures, seller net proceeds calculations, and online deposits, teams can manage the key transaction stages without resorting to disconnected tools.
While Propy may not be as compatible with teams that want a simple transaction management solution, it combines AI and blockchain workflows to provide structured, end-to-end estate transaction management. It is a viable solution for complex operations.

Propy Features
Title And Escrow
Propy offers a Title and Escrow Service which utilizes AI and blockchain technology to streamline real estate closings. By providing direct communication with the closing team and giving users 24/7 online access and timely transaction updates, it reduces delays. It also records transactions on the blockchain for an additional layer of security and transparency. Throughout all this, AI tools assist with document processing and flagging proactive issues.
Propy Messaging Feature
This functionality provides chat-style communication between agents, clients, and other transaction participants within one platform. Teams can add internal transaction notes, request and share documents, and invite deal participants in one click. This keeps transaction-related conversations and document requests organized in one repository instead of separate communication channels.
DocuSign
The DocuSign feature enables all parties involved to digitally sign documents within the Offer Management feature. It helps participants complete the required paperwork without having to resort to printing, scanning, and manual document exchange. This makes the signing process quicker and keeps signed documents connected to the transaction workflow
Propy AI
Propy AI automatically reads purchase agreements and creates a transaction tracker, minimizing the need for manual data entry. This tool builds a transaction timeline and incorporates important deadlines like deposit dates and loan approval milestones, keeping everyone on track so that they can decide what happens next. With this, real estate professionals can streamline transaction processing, reduce administrative work, and efficiently move deals towards the closing stage

“Transparent offers management win!”
Pros
Right from the start the platform has been very user friendly all around. The checklists are great and being able to connect disclosures directly means there's no need to go back and redo steps. That alone has saved me hours. The Offers Management feature is essential for any property with multiple offers, the line item view and overall functions give my sellers a level of transparency that's hard to beat and having everything organized and instantly accessible for quick reference and decisions is unlike any other platform I've worked with.
Cons
There are a few minor DocuSign related features on both the signer and agent side that still need some refinement but they feel like quick fixes to me.

“fits every transaction”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that the team actually pays attention to user feedback and puts those ideas into the product. The software works well no matter what role you play in a transaction and it really addresses the specific challenges independent TCs deal with when managing multiple agents and brokerages. It also brings different tools together smoothly and shows a clear understanding of the entire transaction process.
Cons
At this point there really isn't anything I dislike about the software. I'm actually looking forward to what's coming next since I know more tools are already being added. Once those are released this will probably be the only platform I'll need.

“paperless workflow clients adore”
Pros
Paper filing organizing and sending documents to clients used to be our biggest headache. This changed that by letting us upload files and convert them into electronic documents without hassle and both my team and our clients absolutely love using it. Clients also have no trouble figuring out the software generally or finding the documents they actually need without getting stuck sorting through files that aren't relevant to their role.
Cons
Getting started does take a little time to learn especially since the platform is updated so often. I do value the near daily improvements but it can be a little confusing to come back and find things changed on the platform.
