Poor support and ignored setup

Pros

At first glance this seemed promising. The website showcased plenty of features and it looked like it could be a solid fit for what I was looking for.

Cons

Biggest problem was the customer service! Because of that my account setup was never fully completed and the follow up emails I sent were simply ignored.

Amazing rental features

Pros

The best part for me has been the outstanding customer support. I also really appreciate the transparency it provides for my tenants and my bookkeeper. Advertising a rental is simple and having listings syndicated across multiple sites (along with online applications, credit checks and rent payments) has been incredibly helpful. It's also useful that tenants can log in and review their lease payment terms anytime. The system sends advance reminders for upcoming rent due dates and everyone gets notified ahead of the lease anniversary date which helps ensure annual rent increases are handled within the required legal timeframe. Honestly I'm happy with every part of this program :)

Cons

There were a couple of minor bumps when I was setting up accounts for online payments. One property is owned by a trust so underwriting asked for additional documentation. In another case I ran into issues while trying to create a separate account for a different company. In both situations their support team responded quickly and helped me get past each obstacle.
