Very basic product with limited options

Pros

Honestly there is nothing much good to say as it is just a very limited software overall.

Cons

There are some real limitations, also the customer service is not great and I have even seen unauthorized charges show up on the landlord's account which is very frustrating.

User-friendly and saves time

Pros

The built-in application, background and credit check functions were a lifesaver. Before I had to handle all that manually and charge prospective tenants a fee while using another service. With Schedule My Rent the cost is automatically collected from tenants which makes screening much simpler on my end.

Cons

Though the website and software are user-friendly and fairly easy to get around still I would love it more if they made an iPhone app in the near future.

Pros

One feature I really like is how rent payments can be directed straight into different property owners accounts which gives us good control over the flow of funds.

Cons

The expense tracking features don't really work well for how I run my business.
