“Simple reservation tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of our reservations from every OTA is really convenient and managing sales is simple. The features are also very amazing you can add extra services, guest documents and any other files you need without trouble.
Cons
Sometimes the program doesn't perform as well as it should.

Pros
It gives us a lot of flexibility because we can create our own rate structures and handle them without much trouble. There's still room to improve though. It would be much more convenient if the rate system were built like a tree: starting with one main rate, then creating basic rates from it and inherited rates from those basic ones. That way, any update made to the main rate would automatically flow through to the inherited rates. Right now, the TravelLine rate structure feels more like a bush, with too many inherited rates branching out from a single basic rate.
Cons
A feature which is missing is a graphical statistics view for comparing current results with past performance that I believe would be helpful.

“Easy to understand interface”
Pros
This software has been really convenient for us. We built a unified customer accounting system for the hotel around it and the interface is simple enough that the staff understood how to use it very quickly.
Cons
From our perspective, the only thing missing right now is stronger cost accounting although the developer has said that feature should be added soon.
