I love the ease of using Avid. It is simple to upload invoices and approve them within the system.

Cons

When I first started using AvidXchange over 2 years ago, it took me some time to learn the system as a new user.

Accounting Time Saver!

Pros

Avid makes it very easy for me to pay invoices. I can download them to a queue and input all the necessary information. Reviewing the invoice and clicking submit is all it takes. This saves me a significant amount of time per invoice.

Cons

I have a dislike for the capture system. If an invoice is flagged as a duplicate incorrectly, there is no easy way to proceed with processing it.

The software provides excellent invoice processing capabilities and includes helpful finance and accounting features.

I have never encountered any issues while using AvidXchange. It has been helpful.

Pros

The ease of use is what I loved about Avid. The learning curve is minimal, and the invoicing process is efficient from start to finish. It gets the job done, and I would highly recommend this program to anyone in need of invoice processing software.

Cons

Sometimes, searching for the status of an invoice can be challenging. In my experience, searching by name alone has not always been sufficient when I lack further information. I would suggest adding a shortcut for invoice searches.

Easy to use

Pros

Learning and using the program was not a time consuming or complex process. Even as a part-time team member, I was able to grasp the program with minimal assistance. Everything is self explanatory and user friendly.

Cons

As someone who processes invoices, I have not come across anything that I dislike about the program.

A must for Payables

Pros

The functions within Avid are helpful for approving invoices.

Cons

It can be difficult to keep track of duplicate invoices.

Accounts Payable

Pros

Working with the accounts payable area of AVID is simple and easy.

Cons

Determining the type of payment a vendor signed up for and who made the decision within their organization (requiring name, phone number, email and position) is challenging.

User Friendly

Pros

Avid is user-friendly and aids in tracking invoices and ensuring vendors send their invoices.

Cons

The software freezes several times during a session which causes delays in completing tasks within Avid.

Avid - Consistent Year After Year

Pros

I have been using Avid for bill pay services and invoice processing for many years. I also like the fact that they do not frequently change the website which would require constant retraining with every update. Its a dependable and reliable solution for my profession.

Cons

Sometimes searching for invoices can be a bit challenging.

The software is highly user-friendly and there is very little I would change about it.

I would like to have the option to run reports with specific information only. The downloaded spreadsheets for reviewing invoice history contain repetitive columns and columns without data.
