“Your software makes me feel crazy”
Pros
TrulySmall new version aims to streamline things but online banking does not work which undermines the improvements. Many features do not seem to work well for us.
Cons
Improve the search function! Even if I type the full name of my supplier (like Amazon), it ends up at the bottom of the results which is really frustrating. Is there any user experience testing being done on this product?

TrulySmall is very user-friendly and the support has been very accessible, respectful and knowledgeable.
Cons
Often my purchases from the bank feed get mislabeled. For instance a purchase from Osborne Seed Company gets recorded as Ornery Beer Company. This happens frequently.

Pros
Smart Inbox keeps me on top of my account tasks. The reduction in data entry is a significant time saver. While I am not a fan of accounting TrulySmall makes it much more manageable for me. I also like the snapshot analysis on the dashboard and the user interface is very clean.
Cons
Coming from Kashoo Classic I did really like to see TrulySmall add auto entry for GST filing. Creating reports is simple and I like being able to generate a report with just a click. However right now I have to manually enter the journal for GST remittance. The help articles could use more information on this subject. Generally more help articles are needed to reflect the instructions from Kashoo Classic that are still applicable in TrulySmall. I also needed additional assistance because I faced issues with backfilling data on a bank feed account where my bank was not providing all the transaction data from the start date in TrulySmall. Fortunately, customer service helped me resolve it.
