“Disappointing experience”
Pros
There is nothing so special or good about it. I would say do not waste your money on it.
Cons
The interface is not intuitive at all and I have run into several errors when trying to launch email campaigns. Even worse it ended up burning my domain which was really frustrating. Plus the whole thing feels like it is still being tested as there are constant glitches and bugs that interrupt my workflow. When I reached out for help the customer support was pretty disappointing too.

“Getting better each passing day”
Pros
I really like all the features this offers especially the automated insights on customer metrics. Also I find it simple to navigate and it gives useful tips that help streamline my workflow even more.
Cons
Well I feel like documentation for connecting to third-party apps could be way better. As we struggled quite a bit with some of the more complex integrations though I will admit it still beats most other tools we have tried.
