scheduling and templates are fantastic

Pros

The scheduling and template features have been a standout for me. It's very simple to add custom messages and replies and the dropdown menus make the whole process quick and convenient.

Cons

There isn't much AI built in yet. I really liked the AI integration with Vin and I'd love to see something similar added here especially AI tools for messaging new leads to help identify serious buyers versus window shoppers, along with follow-up messaging after the sale.

Follow-up control that helps

Pros

Keeping up with customers is really easy with this. I also appreciate having control over the follow-up process instead of the system handling everything automatically for me.

Cons

Well I can't search across more than one specific inquiry type at the same time. For example, if I want to send a mass video by text to people who asked about 4 different types of campers, I have to go through each group separately and resend it to all the different names. It would be much better if I could just enter what they inquired about and have the system prevent the same customer from getting overlapping messages.

lead tracking that just clicks

Pros

Right from the start this CRM felt very simple to work with. It's easy to navigate and finding both new leads and older leads is very easy.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. After using a lot of CRMs over the years, this is still one of the simplest ones I've worked with.
