Small Business, 11-50 employees
“Excellent for complete Business Management”
Pros
The interface is pretty simple to use and has become essential for both my work and personal tasks. Adding or importing customer data is effortless and finding information takes just seconds. With the free account you can have 2 employees and 250 accounts. Its been my go to CRM across multiple businesses Ive launched and managed over the years. Nothing else comes close at this price point. Training new team members is easy and integrating it into existing workflows is also not complicated. Their support team responds to questions within hours which I find very professional.
Cons
The app works well for quick overviews but having to sync every time I open it is frustrating. When I dont have service I cant even access my calendar to see things that are already stored there. I also really want the ability to prioritize tasks by importance rather than just the order I entered them. Like if I have ten tasks for the day and need to add something urgent theres no way to drag it to the top of the list.

“Ideal for smaller businesses”
Pros
Ive been working with this platform for nearly a decade and its quite user friendly while offering tons of useful features. The customization options are amazing and you can really tailor it to match how your business operates. What I love most is how it has evolved alongside my company's changing needs over the years.
Cons
Would have been really nice if it integrated directly with Active Campaign instead of needing Zapier. I like Asana's project management where you can invite clients as guests so they can view and comment on there tasks. Also tracking specific contact info and conversations is tricky since you have to scroll through tons of emails and notes to find what your looking for. A search feature or grouping option at the top of the contact feed would be really helpful.

“Effective CRM for Growth”
Pros
What really draws me to this system is how affordable it is to get started and easy to get going. Its simple yet packed with useful features. Thats exactly why Ive rolled it out across several companies and still rely on it for my current distributed team. The sales pipeline visualization is really helpful and those project boards come in handy more often than I expected. Their customer support deserves special mention too. They respond to emails incredibly fast which makes getting everyone up to speed so much easier.
Cons
This CRM might not work for your entire business growth journey. There comes a point where customizing becomes challenging and the available integrations dont cover all your needs. Not the systems fault, just giving an idea where it stands amongst the competition.
