Great for streamlining operations

Pros

It notifies me when I'm working with Paperwork and it's great for avoiding unnecessary downtime. The call distribution feature is also fantastic since it routes calls based on how long I've been in Ready status or when I last handled a call.

Cons

Call transfers feel awkward and clunky to handle.

Easy to use and efficient

Pros

I really appreciate how smooth everything is. What I love most is that it connects easily with the invoicing system, so we're working with the same customer database from initial leads all the way through to closing sales. Even though my team isn't particularly tech-savvy, they can still use it without much trouble. For our chain of retail hearing aid shops, this has been an excellent fit. We've got some development ideas we're hoping the Composity team will consider implementing. And honestly the pricing is incredible and probably the best deal you'll find anywhere! That's definitely a huge plus for us.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about it. there really isn't anything that bothers me.
