“Solid dealership management solution”
Pros
The admin dashboard feels really easy to use. Switching to HTTP printing with DDMSPlus has saved me tons of time ,practically eliminates the need for VPN connections. Much more dependable overall.
Cons
It can be pretty challenging to find my way around and locate specific data. It definitely takes some getting used to.

“Powerful Legacy System with Modern Potential”
Pros
The SQL foundation is such a huge improvement from the old dbf system. I love how the Opus toolbox brings everything Opus-related into one place and it makes navigating so much easier. And being completely web based through an RDP connection is super convenient for when I need remote access.
Cons
The graphical interface still kicks you to text based screens for some functions which is frustrating when you expect everything to be visual. I really wish they'd bring back Parallels support instead of forcing us to use RDP, though RDP does get the job done.
