It was surprisingly easy even as someone new to CRM systems. The interface feels clean and doesn't overwhelm you with complexity.
Cons
Communication drops off completely when things go wrong. Too many instances where they made changes that broke our setup, and we never got proper explanations for why these failures happened or what caused them.
