Good and Customizable tool!

Pros

The Lead Bio feature is fantastic and it gives me a complete picture of every interaction a lead has had with my business. I can tailor my outreach based on their interests and really get to know who Im reaching out to which definitely improves my conversion rates.

Cons

I struggle to customize it to pull the specific data fields I actually need. Without that level of detail, its tough for me to identify gaps in my sales strategy.

Easy Lead Management with Great Design

Pros

The interface is user-friendly and breaks away from the cluttered, complicated designs you see in most CRMs. I really appreciate the Lead Bio feature and it provides an excellent overview of each lead's engagement history which has been very useful for our team to stay on top of every interaction.

Cons

The lack of smooth integrations with our third party apps for email marketing, accounting and project managment is frustrating. I constantly have to manually transfer data back and forth between platforms which takes way too much time.
