Reliable CRM for sales

Pros

If you are new to using a sales CRM this is a great choice. While it might not be the best when it comes to user experience, I would say it is simple enough to get the hang of quickly.

Cons

As mentioned earlier the user experience could definitely be improved. And I would say it should consider investing more into creating a better user interface.

Ideal for keeping an eye on sales progress

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and does not take long to learn. Everything is laid out clearly so getting things done is quick and simple too. Plus it runs smoothly without slowing down and we can always count on it to work when we need it. Overall it is a reliable tool that makes our daily tasks much simpler.

Cons

I feel like it would be great if there was a mobile app so I would not have to go to my desk every time I need to assist a customer.
