I've been able to take all the info and insights I get from using it to not only bring in new customers but also build real long term relationships with them.

Cons

I've noticed that setting up integrations can get kind of complicated especially when I'm working on smaller projects. It feels like too much for something that should be simpler and quicker to handle.

Pros

I get everything I need about each customer and account all in one place. That really helps me stay on top of things and keep the business running smoothly day to day.

Cons

I've noticed that the program runs kind of heavy. Every now and then it lags a bit or makes me wait a couple seconds more than I'd like before things fully load up on screen.

Great CRM experience

Pros

It's been super easy for me to use and I like how detailed the setup was. It also helps me stay on top of tasks and manage my workflow without getting confused using this.

Cons

I personally feel the license is just way too pricey for what it gives. And setting everything up didn't exactly go fast either, it took longer than expected to get fully going with it.
