Excellent Value CRM

Pros

I just need to open Outlook and everything about my company is right there. This is a really comprehensive CRM that doesn't break the bank. Don't get fooled by those expensive CRM systems, this one handles everything I need.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with Gmail which is a real pain since most of my email communication happens there.
