Excellent Support

Pros

The comprehensive 360-degree customer view is perfect for me and how the automation features work alongside AI-driven insights. The omnichannel support makes managing everything much smoother and the case management with SLA tracking keeps me on top of everything. What stands out most is how customizable and scalable it is, I can adapt it as my business grows. The integration with other SAP solutions is easy and the customer-centric design makes daily operations much more efficient.

Cons

Starting out with this can be pretty confusing, especially if you're unfamiliar with the SAP ecosystem. Setting it up takes a long time and often requires hiring costly consultants just to get things moving. Implementation feels slow and drawn out, especially when custom features or third-party integrations are involved. There are also some downsides, the interface isn't the most user-friendly, flexibility is lacking, performance can lag at times and overall it's definitely on the pricey side.

Great with automation features

Pros

The interface is incredibly clean and easy, making it easy to navigate without any learning curve. Implementation was smooth since all the features we needed were readily available. What really stands out is the customer support, they're always there when we need help, no matter how often we reach out.

Cons

I think the integration could be smoother and more simplified, though its still pretty great overall.

Streamlines for Sales

Pros

The integration with other SAP systems really stands out for us, it keeps our data consistent across student support, sales and admissions departments. This simplifies our processes and lets us focus on meaningful conversations with prospective students rather than wrestling with data inconsistencies.

Cons

Getting the hang of this system isn't easy, new users often feel confused despite how powerful it is and it takes a lot of training to fully understand everything. We've also run into limitations with customization, which makes it harder to customize certain workflows to fit the way we do things at Masai School. On top of that, system updates occasionally bring small issues that force the team to tweak their usual processes.
