Strong CRM

Pros

The contact and lead management capabilities are really great, it handles all the contact info and interactions well, plus tracking leads through the entire sales pipeline is comprehensive and thorough.

Cons

The demo period is way too short, making it hard to really learn all the features. The interface can be pretty confusing when your new to the system, took me a while to figure things out.
