User Friendly Design

Pros

I found the installation process really easy and navigating through both the desktop and mobile versions feels simple. The interface is user-friendly across all devices which makes my daily workflow much smoother.

Cons

The app feels pretty limited in terms of features and I was hoping for simpler access to things like scheduling and other pipedrive functionality that should be more readily available.
