“Really changes things for good”

TierPeak has everything I need and more. I have canceled almost all my other subscriptions since everything is now in one place. The communication section is a game changer, combining emails, SMS, Google reviews, Messenger and more in one spot. Before I used to struggle with knowing where a client messaged me from,but now I never have to worry about it. Also setting up the sales funnel is very easy even for beginners, saving me countless hours of billable employee time. And with it rapid updates, I am always getting new features like ChatGPT integration. Plus their customer service is outstanding as they are always quick, personalized and very helpful.
Cons
The translation could use some improvement in certain areas. Also there are times when I have to search for specific options.

The integration of all the tools is excellent. There is no need to sync data as everything we need to manage websites, contacts and opportunities is all in one place.
Cons
I am not really familiar with marketing platforms so there was a lot to take in at once. However the onboarding process was smooth thanks to the exceptional customer service.
