Pros

The analysis are really effective and helps provide solid business solutions. Also they have included a lot of settings that cater to our specific needs. Plus the mobile app is also quite handy and adds a lot of value.

Cons

We could really use more workflow automation. And it would be great if additional modules were added along with more detailed analysis features.
