“Powerful Interface with Excellent Value”
Pros
The UI design is really well thought out which makes getting new people up to speed pretty quick and thats been huge for us. When your team actually enjoys using a system, you know you're on the right track and our overall experience has been solid. It covers all the essential CRM functions and gets the basic sales operations running fast so we saw returns pretty quickly. Setting up sales territories, forecasts and product pricing was no issue. We also got our dashboards, graphs, probabilities and marketing campaigns configured without any difficulty. All of this stuff is crucial for optimizing how we sell. Management can easily track performance against forecasts at every level whether thats company wide, by region or product line or down to individual reps. Having that visibility has been really valuable. We just started testing there new marketing module for A/B campaigns and drip sequences. Early impressions are good. Seems userfriendly and should make our email efforts way more efficient. Overall we have really liked using this platform and feel it has the power and flexibility we need. The pricing was better than other options we looked at which gave us confidence we would hit our ROI targets.
Cons
Not much to complain about and we are really happy with our choice so far.

“Easy to use software that boosted our sales”
Pros
The interfaces here are incredibly efficient especially the Hub, Sales Divisions and Sales Pipeline views that make everything fast and informative. Their marketing tools are amazing and super easy to set up which helped us launch professional campaigns right away. The Rules engine has been a gamechanger for automating common functions letting our sales team scale without needing more staff. The searching capabilities and dashboards are top notch from what I can tell. Lead and Owner Assignment Rules made routing and assignments completely automatic with no human intervention needed whatsoever. This platform is fully configurable and extendible so I dont think we will ever outgrow it. Plus the cost is about half of Salesforce while giving us comparable features to there ultimate edition.
Cons
I wish there was a bigger user community since its still relatively new in the CRM market though Im sure it will grow as more people discover how great the system is.
