“fantastic remote team CRM”
Pros
Working remotely has been much more effective for my team because this system lets all of us share information instantly and stay fully updated. We rely on several features every day. Contact Management keeps all our business contact details, including corporate clients and conference venues, in one place which helps us work faster and more efficiently. The software can also be tailored to suit our needs. We make a lot of use of the tag feature to group contacts into relevant segments which is really useful for e-marketing and reporting. The VoIP phone system is excellent because it makes it seem to callers as though we are all based in one office even though we work remotely. We can transfer calls between team members immediately and every call is automatically recorded against the relevant contact. The integrated e-marketing tool allows us to create our own professional email campaigns and it is much more user-friendly than other e-marketing platforms while still being very good value. The calendar is also essential for a remote team, as it gives us a clear visual overview of where everyone is, helps us track appointments and keeps us informed about what the rest of the team is doing. Unlimited file storage is another huge benefit for our business because we can share documents easily and attach files directly to contact records.

We are genuinely very satisfied customers and honestly do not have any negatives to mention. We have looked at other CRM systems on the market but none of them have matched our needs as well as this one has.
