“Email automation wins”
Pros
Building automated email sequences around customer behavior has been fantastic with this tool. Getting it connected to our systems was very easy and the API makes it simple to push customer data, including custom events and similar inputs. We also rely on it for newsletter broadcasts to our full customer base. We were previously on Intercom but it was far too expensive and we were never really satisfied with it. Once we put this in place, it started paying for itself within just a few days. Our conversions improved and we began seeing expansion revenue come in as well. On top of that, the platform is very user-friendly, looks polished and the messages our customers receive look excellent too.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. It has every feature we currently need and it's also more affordable than the other options we considered.

Pros
Putting together engaging email sequences with this tool feels refreshingly easy. It helps nurture customers and trial users without dragging me too deep into the technical side of marketing automation. With other platforms, I used to overcomplicate my behavior-based emails but the clean and polished design here keeps my attention on the important part, writing messages that genuinely connect with users on my site. Even though it looks simple at first, there's a lot of power built in underneath. I can keep my everyday campaigns simple and manageable while still having the flexibility to build more advanced sequences whenever I need to get more creative.

“great API and polished emails”
Pros
After using it for quite some time and comparing it with other options, getting this up and running was much simpler for us. The API is excellent and the interface is really pleasant to work with. We were able to set up several emails tied to specific customer actions or even inactivity, pretty quickly and that helped boost user engagement. On top of that, we also use it to announce new features and the emails consistently look polished and professional.

Can't think of any downsides. From the feature set to the pricing, it matches exactly what we were looking for.
