athenaOne Cost

athenaOne offers two pricing models, percent-based and encounter-based under its parent healthcare company Athenahealth. With its percent-based model, your team will pay a certain percentage of its monthly collections to use the Athenahealth software.

athenaOne offers a free demo upon request. Athenahealth offers a customized quote based on their specific needs, with users reporting a starting price of $140 per month. EHR pricing is typically based on cost-per-physician per month, billed annually, with additional administrative accounts.

athenaOne Integrations

athenaOne offers integrations with a range of practice management platforms, healthcare compliance software, and patient engagement software, including OpenPM, MedTrainer, DeepScribe, Solv, LucidAct, and Clearwave.

How does athenaOne Work?

To get started, you can sign up for a free Athenahealth account on your Web internet browser, or download the user-friendly athenaOne mobile app for iPhone and iPad by logging in with existing athenaNet credentials.

Pros:
As of now, none of my patients have complained about the billing process I use. It is fast and accurate and gives multiple choices to my patients to access their bills however they want.

There is nothing bad to say but it could improve by providing patients to go back to their previous bills without the help of admin. Even admin process is not an issue though.
