Fuse Features
Centralized Appointment Scheduling
Fuse software allows appointment scheduling for providers across multiple office locations. Schedulers can view all availability on one screen, reducing confusion and saving time. This setup improves coordination between teams and helps patients get seen at the right place, without unnecessary delays.
Integrated Clinical Workflow
Fuse software supports treatment charting, planning, and e-prescribing in a connected clinical environment. Clinicians can complete tasks without switching systems, helping teams stay focused. This workflow minimizes paperwork and supports smoother transitions between clinical roles during patient care.
Cross-Location Patient Records
Fuse software maintains one patient health record that updates across all dental office locations. Patients can visit any office without duplicate files or gaps in their history. This shared access improves accuracy and helps teams deliver consistent, informed care.
Real-Time Business Insights
Fuse software gives users access to real-time reports on practice performance and trends. Teams can view results by individual or multiple locations to guide daily decisions. Having these insights readily available helps dental groups track progress and act quickly when needed.

“As a solutions consultant, I worked with Fuse to integrate SAP”
Pros
SAP becomes so much more userfriendly with this tool. It's easy to learn and control, with the drag and drop and click to assign features being a huge plus.
Cons
Since the software is relatively new, there is not much content or learning material available online so you end up relying heavily on the company's own documentation.

“makes you grow faster!”
Pros
Fuse is, by far the best dental software I have ever used. We have been a FUSE customer for over 5 years and it has truly evolved into one of the top software solutions available. Its incredibly interactive design has allowed us to grow our practice to 4 locations over the last 5 years and that wouldn't have been possible without FUSE. Patterson consistently updates the software with new, exciting features, which helps the product continue to evolve with its users. I can't recommend this software enough.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much that I don't like about the product.

“Difficult to use”
Pros
I really appreciated having all the patient information in one place, which made verifying insurance a lot easier. Also it looked great, which added to the overall experience.
Cons
The insurance input tab was confusing for me, especially when it came to adjusting PPO insurance fees. Though some changes have been made since then, we stopped using the software after about 5 months. At that time I just didn't think it was quite ready. It might be better now, though.
