Pros

I have found the self-service dashboard and onboarding processes to be highly user-friendly. The intuitive design streamlines these tasks which makes it easier for us to manage employee information and track progress without any hassle.

Cons

Navigating through the software involves several clicks to reach specific areas. It feels overly complicated due to its many moving parts, which seem more complex than necessary. The reporting fields do not align with our setup but still appear as options which leads to extra work.

ADP Vantage HCM has very much simplified our payroll management. Since we started using it, our productivity has increased and we have been able to strategize our costs more effectively.
