Highly configurable for clients with great support

Pros

The platform is highly configurable which means I can tailor setups for each client based on their unique needs without any hassle. Whether it's adjusting workflows, permissions or reporting everything adapts smoothly. On top of that the support team is fantastic as they always offer practical guidance for new features in a way that's easy to understand and apply. It makes adopting updates feel natural rather than disruptive.

Cons

I find the timelines for new integrations and projects frustrating, they can be expensive and there's often a minimum three-month wait before implementations will pick them up which adds cost and delay.

Pros

Adaptability is definitely a strong point. I can build custom solutions that actually help move the business forward. It's hands down the most flexible HR platform I've used adjusting effortlessly to whatever we need.

Cons

My only issue so far is that I can't move as quickly as I'd like when we need to implement a new solution into production.

Pros

Filtering lists and tailoring reports is feasible and I enjoy using it internally with my team.

Cons

Occasionally requests I submit can feel like they take a long time but in my experience they're usually handled pretty quickly.
