What Is CoRecruit?
CoRecruit (previously Quil) is a comprehensive recruitment solution that combines AI-driven tools with human-led recruitment workflows. Its intelligent notetaker captures communication across calls and meetings on platforms such as Zoom and Teams. Conversation data is automatically recorded in the ATS, making information more organized and accessible. The solution also parses and reformats resumes into a consistent layout, and auto-generates branded candidate submittals and client follow-ups after each meeting. Overall, the platform’s human-AI synergy helps simplify complex hiring workflows and save time by automating tedious, manual tasks.
What Is CoRecruit Best For?
One of CoRecruit’s most notable features is its botless ‘AI notetaker.’ It works silently in the background, capturing interview details without adding a visible meeting assistant. Recruiters can use it during Zoom and Teams meetings, mobile calls, or in face-to-face interviews. The solution also provides strong privacy controls for pausing recordings and disabling video, while its ‘consent prompts’ help support compliance. Transcriptions are available in multiple languages, and users can also generate summaries based on preferred templates. Moreover, recruitment data can be turned into coaching material to help train the team.
How Much Does CoRecruit Cost?
The software’s price starts from $85/user/month (1+ user) for its Starter plan. Other plans are:
- Growth: From $75/user/month (10+ users)
- Professional: From $71/user/month (25-99 users)
- Enterprise: Custom pricing (100+ users)
All plans offer features like AI notetaker, client-ready submittals, VoIP, and more. CoRecruit VoIP provides free unlimited US and Canada calling by default. International calling is supported through a $10 monthly credit, with additional regional bundles available for Europe, the UK, Australia, and other regions at an extra cost. Users can also port their existing numbers or purchase a new number starting at $10/month.
Additionally, organizations may also incur extra costs, which may include:
- Implementation Fee: $2,000–$10,000 one-time
- Data Migration: $1,000–$7,500 depending on volume and complexity
- System Configuration And Setup: $500–$5,000 one-time
- Training And Onboarding Sessions: $500–$3,000/session or package
- ATS Integration Setup: $1,000–$6,000 one-time
- Advanced Workflow Customization: $1,000–$8,000 depending on requirements
- Ongoing Support/Success Plans: $200–$1,500/month
Users from small organizations may find the price relatively high, especially when potential additional costs are factored into the equation. However, mid-sized to large organizations with high-volume recruitment needs can find long-term value from the investment.

CoRecruit Use Cases
Based on our analysis of CoRecruit’s current capabilities, we have identified key scenarios where this software is a good fit for recruitment teams and staffing organizations.
1. High-Volume Staffing Operations With Constant Job Flow
CoRecruit works well for staffing agencies that handle a steady stream of job orders and candidate submissions. These teams often need a reliable way to keep track of activity without losing sight of active roles or applicants. The platform helps keep recruitment work structured so recruiters can follow each stage of hiring without confusion. It is especially useful in environments where speed and consistency matter in day-to-day placements.
2. Recruitment Firms Operating Across Multiple Locations
Some agencies run teams in different cities or regions, and coordination can become difficult in such setups. CoRecruit supports this kind of structure by keeping recruitment activity visible across branches. Managers can stay aware of what different teams are working on without relying on constant manual updates. This helps reduce gaps in communication while still allowing each location to manage its own workload.
3. Agencies Working Across Temporary And Permanent Hiring Needs
Many recruitment businesses do not focus on a single type of hiring. Instead, they move between short-term staffing and permanent placements depending on client demand. CoRecruit fits these situations because it allows different hiring types to be managed within the same environment. Recruiters can switch between assignments without needing separate systems, which keeps daily work more consistent.
4. Executive Search Teams Handling Long And Detailed Hiring Cycles
Executive recruitment usually involves longer timelines and more detailed candidate evaluation. CoRecruit suits this type of work because it helps teams keep track of ongoing conversations and updates over extended periods. This becomes important when roles take weeks or even months to close. The system supports continuity so recruiters can maintain context even when hiring processes involve many touchpoints over time.
Is CoRecruit Right For You?
Recruiters often lose time juggling interview notes, updating ATS records, parsing resumes, and preparing candidate summaries while managing fast-moving hiring pipelines.
CoRecruit helps reduce that friction by automatically capturing interview conversations, structuring notes, processing submittals, and syncing them into your recruitment workflow. Built for agency teams, it supports high-volume hiring with SOC 2 Type II security, GDPR compliance, and botless AI notetaking that keeps data accurate and organized. Trusted by over 1,000 recruiting agencies, it fits best for recruiters handling multiple clients and roles.

“recruitment workflow transformed”
Pros
AI note-taking has completely changed the way we handle recruitment, cutting down admin work and improving the quality of data in our ATS. Being able to keep our current work mobile numbers while also using AI call recording and VoIP has been a big plus. The customizable prompts, templates, workflows and automatic follow-up materials have helped the platform align really well with how we already work and the support team has been outstanding the whole way through.
Cons
There are still a few features we'd love to see developed further but the speed of product updates and how responsive the support team has been continue to be very impressive.

“Smart meeting notes that save time”
Pros
It captures notes from meetings and calls. I can also prompt different types of summaries which makes it really useful for sharing meeting details with both candidates and clients. The Aircall integration feels smooth and it has significantly improved how much data I can capture in a short amount of time. That has freed me up to spend more time having detailed, meaningful conversations with people. The training from Ali was also excellent, calm, friendly and very clear when explaining how to get the system working for colleagues with different levels of experience using similar tools. I haven't run into any performance issues at all, everything has worked perfectly consistently. Thank you!
Cons
There's nothing major to point out. At the beginning, the number of emails felt a bit excessive but I set up a filter to send them to a separate folder and that has helped a lot.
