There's so much I love about it, It's packed with features that really fit different industries here in Indonesia. It feels like it was built just for us.
Cons
If I had to pick one thing that bugs me about Mekari Talenta, it's the fact that there's no UAT database. I wish we could test everything using our real employee data before fully going live. That would've saved us a lot of trouble.

It's really easy to use and has been a big help and not just for HR but for employees too. Everything from submissions to admin stuff is way more manageable now with Talenta.
Cons
Our company works differently than others, so when it comes to customizing the app, support hasn't always been on point. We've run into a few situations where they didn't seem ready for how we operate.

Pros
Their customer support is super responsive. Anytime I run into an issue, they fix it fast. That said, I do think we should've reviewed our HR setup more thoroughly before jumping into Talenta.
Cons
Honestly, the whole implementation process could've been better. With some proper planning, training, smooth data migration and better integration, the whole thing would've felt a lot more solid and scalable.
