“reliable payroll
Pros
This platform has become the place I rely on for pretty much all of my everyday HR work. I use it to run payroll on time and without errors, manage attendance and leave requests and keep employee information organized and secure in one system. The part I appreciate most is that it makes HR feel simpler instead of turning everything into a complicated process. It's accessible enough that my team and I were able to start using it regularly without spending weeks in training. Payroll is consistent and accurate which saves a lot of time and takes away a good amount of stress every pay cycle. The employee self service portal is another big plus. Staff can view payslips, submit time off requests and update their own details which really reduces the usual back and forth. Overall it's a practical, dependable tool that makes HR management for small to mid sized teams much less overwhelming.
Cons
That said some of the more specific HR workflows don't feel as flexible straight out of the box. Custom approval chains or specialized onboarding checklists take more setup than I expected and the interface can feel a bit outdated when you're trying to configure those deeper settings. A few targeted improvements would make it much more user friendly especially in those niche workflow areas and in the interface overall. At the moment setting up custom approval paths for things like extended leave or expense reimbursements feels somewhat buried since you have to click through several menus to control who gets notified and at what stage and that's not especially accessible. It would make a big difference if those workflow building tools were more visual, offered drag and drop options and let you preview everything more clearly before going live.

Using it has been very simple and easy and it includes all the features you would expect from an HRMS.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about right now, though the punch in and punch out function does show a small bug once in a while.
