great HR features

Pros

I've found that it delivers a great suite of features which consistently align and optimize our HR and administrative workflows thereby saving numerous hours each week, colleagues particularly appreciate the portal's self-service capabilities, notably how simple the interface is and the well-implemented rewards modules and overall we couldn't be more satisfied since making the transition to this tool.

Cons

We are facing an inundation of new features that can be difficult to monitor and manage and I would welcome a clearly maintained change log or feature history as well as a 'User Voice' style forum or suggestion hub where customers could propose and vote on enhancements to improve visibility and prioritize requests.
