Employees can handle their own verification requests, so I do not even have to get involved which is great and time-saving.

Easiest and Quickest ways to get VOEs

Pros

In my role in Human Resources, I handle numerous employment verification requests. We used to use The Work Number but faced many issues, so now most of our verifications are done with written forms, which are time-consuming to print, scan and send back, or over the phone which often requires an ID number and involves long wait times and poor audio quality. To stay away from all the stress we switched to TrueWork as it offers a much faster solution. And we are much satisfied with its services in all the mentioned areas.

Cons

I have not come across anything I dislike so far. They seem to be the most efficient for verification of employment (VOE) requests.

Simplifies the VOE Process, Saving Time and Effort

Pros

In HR, receiving multiple employment verification requests each week is common. It can be tedious to download files, manually fill out information and then email it back. I like that TrueWork functions as a complete hub that handles much of the work for me. I just open the link, fill in the fields and click submit. It also saves the information to my account for record-keeping. Plus, I can download a PDF copy to keep for our company records.

Cons

I do not have any immediate dislikes. The product functions as advertised. My only concern is about the security of TrueWork network. We want to ensure that sensitive information is not leaked or exposed. While I trust TrueWork meets all security standards, I would need to investigate this area further.

Amazing app, saves a lot of time and eliminates a lot of the manual work

Pros

It is very easy to configure and set up, and it syncs with Zenefits. It saves a lot of money and time since we do not need an HR department to manage and check documents. We no longer have to type letters for employees. Also, it saves a lot of time for both management and employees.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike about this app. You can set it up in just 10 minutes or even 1 minute if you use Zenefits since TrueWork will automatically sync all employee data from Zenefits. There is no additional work required from employees; just follow the registration emails you receive.

I find the added feature of not having to fill out employment verifications extremely useful. I've received positive feedback from both employees and third parties regarding its usage.

Cons

I wish I could provide at least one negative point, but I can't. It's simply the best!

Employement Verification Process Simplified Using Truework

Pros

Truework has revolutionized our employment verification process, allowing us to reallocate our resources to more strategic tasks instead of manual processing.

Cons

We send a file feed to Truework three times per week. Occasionally, verification requests come in between the file transfers, resulting in inaccurate data. I recommend sending the feeds as frequently as possible depending on the volume of changes.

Awesome tool for HR professionals for VOE/VOI

Pros

It's much easier to use and enter information compared to the tedious lender VOI forms. The customer service provided by my CSM was exceptional. I like the confirmation of authorization with employees before the form is sent to me as the HR admin. The self-service option for employees, including customized employment letters and integration with our HRIS, is also highly beneficial.

Cons

This is not a drawback, but rather a suggestion for a new feature: the ability to sum monetary amounts in the fields on the VOI/HR Responder Form. I've already shared this feedback with my CSM, and they are actively working on adding this capability.
