I was able to learn how to use the tool in just one day without any guidelines. I particularly liked the content blocks and the user-friendly software. The built-in support with chat options is fantastic. Being able to experiment with concepts while receiving expert guidance and engaging in discussions for improvements is truly valuable. The level of human contact provided is the best I have ever experienced.
Cons
I wish there was an option to manage the library and easily update images or videos, which would automatically update them in the courses where they are used. Additionally, I would prefer to have the ability to create and save customized content blocks, preferably for sharing with my team.
