I thought the system would be simple for my employees, but the coursework ended up taking several hours out of their day.

Cons

The sales team was deceptive and tried to get us to renew the program after we'd already told them it wasn't working for us. We paid for a year and didn't like it. As a supposed "Leader in their industry," they should have shown good faith and helped us find something that suits our company better.

Navigating the system was simple once it was set up. Support was available for assistance, even with time zone differences. The curriculum was good and easy to follow.

Cons

It would be great to have more up-to-date videos and include some of the OSHA courses without extra cost.
