“Powerful data connections and insights
Pros
Being able to connect, enrich and send data to virtually any destination from a single platform has been the part I've appreciated most about it. I've also really valued the option to explore the data directly within Adverity, build dashboards and make use of its intelligent analytics features.
Cons
The biggest downsides are the high cost and the platform's limited reliability. The pricing feels far too expensive for what it actually offers and it doesn't really adapt to each customer's specific needs and requirements. Customer support could also be much better since they take quite a while to respond and often don't fully resolve questions or issues.

“support team feels like part of ours
Pros
Working with it has felt like adding an extension to our own analytics team. Since we're a smaller agency with just one dedicated analytics person, having a company behind us with strong, reliable technical support was absolutely essential.
Cons
The data connectors can be a bit finicky from time to time so we do end up having to troubleshoot occasionally.

“Flexible integrations and fast reporting
Pros
Easy to use overall especially with the wide range of data connectors available for integration and extraction. It covers everything from social platforms to different DSPs and setting up recurring data updates is simple. It also works well with other dashboard tools like Data Studio which makes reporting much more convenient.
Cons
Initial setup for data connections can be a bit challenging when you're new to the platform although it becomes much more manageable after you've gone through the process a few times.
