“Works the best!”

Pros

Like with any software the initial pitch always sounds great and the challenges seem minor. But with Campaigner everything they promised has been spot on. Not only did they guide us through onboarding but they also invested time in training, helping us bring even our most complex automations to life. They have truly helped modernize our service and give us the tools to match the generosity of our amazing donors.

Cons

My only suggestion would be to add translation capabilities to the software. However we have managed to work around this fairly easily.

“Decent software”

Pros

I have not been using it for long but it has allowed me to automate our email marketing efforts.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it's missing email marketing features needed for large global enterprises.

Pros

I personally find it perfect for mid-sized businesses, using AI to send personalized emails to a large customer base.

Cons

There is no free version of this software unlike many others which I did not like and the technical support is very terrible.
