“good features but glitchy”
Pros
Keeping every conversation with a tenant in one place has been really helpful. It makes communication simple and gives us a clear record to refer back to especially when we need proof that maintenance communication happened and the work was completed.
Cons
Using the software hasn't felt very user friendly and there have been quite a few glitches and changes since we started using it in the business. Tasks like adding or removing tenants and roommates also take more time than they should.

“User-friendly onboarding experience”
Pros
Onboarding with this software was very easy for our staff. The team adapted to it quickly including people who aren't used to working with this kind of technology every day. The navigation feels simple and the overall layout isn't too overwhelming for new users which made training much simpler.
Cons
It's a little hard to point to major downsides because Building Stack is still evolving while we use it. When we share suggestions or ideas for improvements, the support team passes them along and we're pleased to watch how the portal continues to develop.
