Pros
This software is incredibly userfriendly and the interface is great. What I especially love is that it integrates with most of the job boards I use in my company for job posting. That makes the whole process a lot easier.
Cons
Sometimes, too much customization can confuse end users and there seems to be a lack of information or user manuals about certain portal settings.
