Excellent Call Handling Tool

Pros

Bevatel audio transcription features are great and how well it integrates with other products we already use is something amazing too. The reliability has been great and the pricing is definitely reasonable for what you get. What I love most is how it brings everything together in one platform which makes collaboration so much smoother and actually adds real value to our business operations. Customer support is quick to respond when we need help. Also the HD video quality is impressive and the whiteboard functionality works great for our meetings. Voice transcription is great too and call quality management handles everything we throw at it. Setup was simple without any complicated processes. The best part is we didn't need to buy additional hardware to get everything running.

Cons

I do not really have any complaints about this one. The integration with our existing systems works smoothly and there is no limit on how often we can use it.
