Pros
Its really easy for our sales team to use. What stands out is how its built specifically for franchise operations. It beats other CRM platforms hands down when you know how to use it.
Cons
The lack of marketing features is disappointing. We cant host our website or run ads through the platform. Adding a marketing hub would make this compete much better with other CRMs.
