Fantastic product to begin with

Pros

This product is ready to use right out of the box but it has very limited features. It makes it easy for me to quickly get the hang of things and operate efficiently within the CRM.

Cons

There isn't much customization available to tailor things for specific industries or events. We run multiple construction businesses (roofing, windows, siding, solar) and it was impossible to customize leads for each one.
