Essential Sales Tool

Pros

The interface is super simple, so we barely needed any training to get new team members up and running. Our reps rely on it every single day now, it's become essential to our operations. Their customer support team is fantastic and responds quickly whenever we need adjustments or modifications. The platform scales really well and the development team customizes it to fit our specific business needs. Switching over from our old CRM was surprisingly smooth with hardly any downtime during implementation.
