Pipeline Management
The software offers complete pipeline visibility through Kanban and list views. Sales teams can track opportunities by stage or region, while AI-driven forecasting highlights risk areas and helps prioritize deals that are most likely to close successfully.
Sales Order Visibility
Spiro bridges sales and operations by integrating ERP order data directly into the CRM. Reps can view order history, shipment status, and line-item details instantly, enabling accurate customer responses and reducing the need for back-and-forth with operations.
Ticket Management
The platform centralizes support tickets, RMAs, and service requests, keeping the sales team informed of customer issues. This visibility allows for proactive engagement and helps prevent service-related surprises during sales conversations or follow-up calls.

“Simple and User-Friendly CRM”
Pros
The automation here is incredible, it handles all that tedious data entry so I can focus on what actually matters. Our sales team is obsessed with how effortlessly it logs events and interactions, plus the reporting tools are simple enough that everyone uses them independently. What really gets me excited as a manager are the customizable dashboards that showcase our key metrics perfectly, making it easy to share performance data openly with the whole team.
Cons
The system is really open and customizable which is great but I find myself wishing there was a smoother way to keep improving our setup. They roll out new features pretty regularly but we're still figuring out how to properly integrate them and update our workflows to actually benefit from them. I think the team could really help drive more value by stepping in here to guide customers through these updates better.
