My online visibility has improved

Pros

Tekmetrics feature of it provides an easy way to send appointment reminders, communicate with customers, ensure they are satisfied with repairs and even request reviews to improve SEO. Also customer support is proactive, checking in regularly to see if I have any questions. Plus creating campaigns via SMS or email is simple as just toggle a button on Tekmetrics for easy integration. And they also offer the option to receive SMS alerts when a customer contacts me via MechanicAdvisor allowing me to respond faster.

Cons

At times it is difficult for me to clear out messages without selecting each one individually.

Bringing auto repair closer to people

Pros

The feature I like most about MechanicAdvisor is how it connects people easily during the repair process as it offers timely updates on costs and other details.

Cons

Well it is not very user friendly. The terms used are not very relevant either. Also I feel like it would be much better if it showed the progress of car repairs and an end of day summary for the work completed.

Auto services at your fingertips

Pros

Well the main feature I like about MechanicAdvisor is how it connects people with car or vehicle repairs as it allows us to manage everything through one app.

Cons

The idea behind the app is great but I feel like the user interaction should be simplified to make it more user friendly. Also it should be clear about the product you want, the exact price and the total labor cost including taxes.
