“Convenient Communication and Follow ups”

Pros

My network stays engaged without any effort on my part. People reach out when theyre ready to sell or buy homes even when I have completely forgotten about the automated messages going out to them regularly.

Cons

The market snapshot feature looks pretty outdated and could really use a visual refresh. I use it all the time but it feels dated.

“Really good platform”

Pros

I appreciate how follow up reminders get automatically added to my calendar for each client. Customer support has been excellent and really efficient when I need help!

Cons

The lack of a mobile app is frustrating and I really wish there was a way to see client locations for quick drop by visits.

Ive been using this software since before it went online and its proven to be really reliable. The features cover everything I need for my daily work which keeps things running smoothly.

Cons

I honestly cant come up with anything negative to say about this system. Even after trying other CRM platforms, I keep returning to this one because it just works better for me.
