I'm impressed by how detailed the coverage is. It includes every YouTube channel over 10,000 subscribers plus millions of accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter with daily view trends for billions of videos. What really sets it apart are the unique metrics you cant get directly from the platforms themselves like demographic breakdowns for all channels, audience overlap data showing what other channels and videos viewers watch plus detailed topic and category analysis with property rollups. The additional consumer insights are fascinating too especially seeing what each creators audience actually purchases on Amazon. Its also reassuring that both YouTube and Meta have given their endorsement to the platform.
Cons
The creator level rollup for video categories and topics is missing which seems like an oversight. Theres an overwhelming amount of data presented in countless different formats and it takes considerable time to get comfortable with everything. Sometimes it feels like using a $10,000 electric keyboard with way too many bells and whistles.
